The Villa Kids Party Showcase $50 Family Portrait Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • Discounts will only be applicable to the package listed below
  • The availability of session dates is on a first come first serve basis.
  • A deposit of $50 is required to confirm and reserve a session date for photography.
  • Photography session date has to be confirmed at least 10 days before. 
  • Deposit payments can be made via PayNow.
  • All deposits are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for other goods or services, and non-transferable to other persons.
  • The voucher is to be used as it is and it is not exchangeable for cash and/or any form of products or services.
  • The voucher’s expiry date is NOT extendable
  • The balance payment will have to be made immediately after the photography session. 
  • All digital jpg images will have printable resolutions of up to A3 size.
  • Additional charges are as follows:-
    • studio rental $120
    • Makeup is $150 per person
    • Weekend session fee $50 
    • Additional hours $200 per hour
    • Additional location $50 per location
    • digital enhancement of photos (face and body) $25 per image
    • please enquire for photo printing, enlargement and framing services.
  • This promotion is only valid for sessions booked before 30 June 2023.
  • All photography sessions have to take place before 31 December 2023.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the client has the option of
    (1) postponing the event to a later date (before 31 December 2023) if the proposed date are available 
    OR
    (2)Cancel the package and keep the deposit as credits for future use (before 31 December 2023).
  • All photography sessions will be photographed at an outdoor location or at the client’s home. Studio photography sessions will incur extra rental charges as stated above.
